Free Tier
The free tier requires no payment. You can use it indefinitely at no cost.
Paid Subscriptions (Basic & Pro)
All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Requests
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your most recent payment. Refund requests after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at hello@syncstudy.app with your account email and reason for the request.
Credits
Purchased usage credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits associated with a refunded subscription will be forfeited upon refund processing.
