By accessing or using SyncStudy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SyncStudy is an AI-powered study platform that provides personalized lessons, flashcards, quizzes, and an AI tutor agent based on user-uploaded materials.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all materials you upload. By uploading content, you grant SyncStudy a limited license to process your materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SyncStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
